Lost or broken environmental pass
Have you lost your environmental pass or is it broken? Simply request a new one via the page Arrange it yourself > Apply for an environmental pass. Report the loss as soon as possible. What you use the environmental pass for
- You can open the residual waste and organic waste containers in your municipality with your environmental pass. Your pass is not activated if you have a residual waste or organic waste container at your home.
- You need the environmental pass for access to our recycling centers.
Dispose of your residual waste and organic waste with the environmental pass
Take your environmental pass with you when you go to the container.
1. Hold your card against the card reader until you hear a 'click'.
2 Pull open the inlet flap and put your bag in the container.
3 Close the lid and the bag falls into the container.
With the environmental pass to the recycling center
Take your environmental pass with you when you go to the recycling center.
1. Sort your waste and raw materials at home. Bring your recycling pass. You cannot visit the recycling center without one.
2 At the entrance to the recycling center, hold your environmental pass against the pass reader on the access column.
3 An employee will assist you, tell you which container your belongings may go in and how much you may have to pay.
Tip!
Always have your environmental pass handy? Put it in a handy pass holder with a lanyard. Don't punch a hole in the pass, or it will no longer work. Pass holders are available at various online stores and bookstores.
