Offer rules

This way our drivers and loaders can empty your container quickly and efficiently:

Use garbage bags

Place your waste in a transparent garbage bag and tie it securely before disposing of it in the PMD or residual waste container. Use special compostable bags to collect your organic waste. This prevents light and loose materials from blowing away during emptying and ending up on the street.

At the presentation location before 7:30 am

Place your container at the collection point before 7:30 AM on collection day.

Opening to the road

Place your container with the opening facing the street. This way, the lid will close again after the container is emptied, preventing litter from ending up on the street.

Minimum 50 cm distance from obstacles

Place your container at least 50 centimeters away from lampposts, posts, trees, and parked cars. This prevents damage and makes the containers easier to empty.

Keep the passage clear

Don't place your container behind parked cars, and don't park in front of the container location. This will ensure clear access for the collection vehicle.

Container lid closed and a maximum of 80 kilos

The lid of your container must be closed and the container may not weigh more than 80 kilos. If the container is too heavy, the collection vehicle's system will block and the container cannot be emptied. This also prevents waste from falling next to the container.

No loose items

Don't place anything next to the container. It's illegal; it creates a mess and is dangerous.

Remove the container from the road as soon as possible after emptying.
