Closure of environmental centres, Kringloop square and office

During the holidays, all waste recycling centres, Kringloopplein in Nieuw-Lekkerland and the Waardlanden office will be closed on:

Closed from 2.30pm on Thursday 18 December. The customer contact centre will be available by phone until 3pm.
Closed from 4pm on Wednesday 24 December.
Closed all day Thursday 25 December.
Friday 26 December closed all day.
Closed from 4pm on Wednesday 31 December.
Closed all day Thursday 1 January.

To the waste disposal site

Are broken items really beyond repair or use? Then you can take them to the recycling centre using your environmental pass. You can also bring items that do not belong or fit in the container as often as you like.

When do you pay a tariff?

For bulky garden waste, rubble, wood, plaster and bulky household waste: the first 3 times a year are free, after that residents of Gorinchem, Hardinxveld-Giessendam and Molenlanden pay a rate for these streams. This can only be done by PIN, which is safe. Residents of Vijfheerenlanden do not have to pay separately, the municipality will decide on this later.

Dispose of residual waste at the waste disposal site

Would you like to bring bags of residual waste to the waste disposal site? You may do so, but please dispose of bin bags containing fine residual waste in the underground residual waste container at the waste disposal site, just like in your neighbourhood. You pay the same fee as for the residual waste container in your neighbourhood.
