During public holidays in April and May, all waste collection points will be closed on: Monday 1 April - Easter Monday, Saturday 27 April - King's Day, Thursday 9 May - Ascension Day, Monday 20 May - Whit Monday. In case of extreme crowds, we may close the queue half an hour before closing time.
Additional information
At the Ecopark, we give as many goods and materials as possible a second chance. At the waste disposal area, there is a special area where you can neatly put your things that could get a 2nd chance. In the workshop, people who need a helping hand work under supervision to repair or make up as many goods as possible, such as furniture. Of course, you can take back your repaired items yourself for a small fee. We sell donated items in the regional thrift shops or in the webshop of De Gezel.
