Experienced communication consultant
As a communications advisor, you play an important role in our organisation. You ensure that residents, municipalities and partners are clearly and well informed about our work and waste and raw materials policy. You advance the organisation with a communication approach that not only informs, but also inspires and incites action.
This is what you will do:
- You will advise the organisation and the board on the communication strategy and make proposals to keep it up to date, in line with developments.
- You draft and coordinate communication plans within and outside the organisation.
- You organise and develop (online) communication activities to inform and engage target groups.
- From communications, you make an important contribution to behavioural change by reaching and activating residents at the right time and through the right channels.
- You are focused on cooperation with partners, coordinating official communication consultations with the municipalities involved.
- Spokesmanship is in good hands with you. You are an expert in maintaining press relations and supporting administrators or the director with press questions and formulating the right message.
- You excel at copywriting and editing. You create and edit content and direct external agencies.

Environmental coach
Do you like connecting, explaining clearly and doing? As an Environmental Coach, you are at the heart of society. You speak to residents, municipalities, schools and volunteers, make a difference with small and big actions and
thus helping to prevent waste and better separate raw materials. A varied role with lots of freedom, visible impact and room for your ideas.
You will be part of the Public Affairs Department and work closely with the communications teams,
customer contact centre, supervision & enforcement, as well as with our policy advisers. Together, you ensure
clear information and positive behavioural change.
What will you do?
- You support volunteers in actions against litter and encourage sustainable behaviour in the neighbourhood.
- You advise municipalities on measures in public spaces to reduce litter.
- You organise campaigns with partners to reduce waste and separate raw materials properly.
- You are the point of contact for residents with questions about waste and resource separation, recycling and waste-free living - both orally and in writing.
- You will receive school classes and groups and show them in an inspiring way what we can achieve together.
- You will contribute ideas, actions and communication tools around waste-free living.
- You are a good advisor and inspiring interlocutor for the municipalities in our catchment area.

Senior Administrator / Bookkeeper
Would you like to play a key role in our Information Management team? We are looking for a senior administrator/accountant.
You will join a team of 10 colleagues, dealing with the planning and control cycle, financial administration, legal affairs and ICT, among others.
What is your role within this team?
- Responsible for financial administration and general ledger management.
- Perform and audit VAT returns and tax compliance.
- Preparation of reports and preparation of audits.
- Identify and improve administrative processes.
- Advising the management team on financial optimisation.
- Coordinate work within the administrative team.

Team manager
As Team Manager Public Space Management, Commercial Waste and Underground Containers, you will lead a team of about 21 employees. You are part of the Implementation Department, which consists of about 90 colleagues in total. Together with two fellow team managers, you ensure that everyone can do their work well. Your team is responsible for street cleaning, emptying bins and underground containers and collecting industrial waste on behalf of Waardlanden BV.
As Team Manager:
- You coach the staff of the teams.
- You hold work meetings, short safety sessions (toolboxes) and conduct progress and assessment interviews
- You manage and report on allocated budgets as part of the Planning & Control cycle
- You will manage the collection of commercial waste and liaise with our cooperation partner on this.
- You will be responsible for collecting underground containers, emptying bins and street cleaning with sweepers.
- You coordinate the work in consultation with the municipalities.
