PARTICULARS
Back to overview

You live in a low-rise house or ground-floor flat with a garden in the built-up area of the Vijfheerenlanden municipality and you have containers for pmd, paper and VGF waste at your house. You take residual waste to the collection container for residual waste in your neighbourhood. There will be changes around waste in the near future. Together with the municipality, we want to encourage and help residents to produce less waste and separate it (even) better.

Low-rise buildings in cores without containers

You may also live in a low-rise house and still use the collection containers in your neighbourhood. Sometimes residents do not have space for 3 resource containers. You probably live in the centre of Leerdam or Vianen, for example.

Low-rise buildings in core without pmd container

You may also live in the outlying area without a pmd container. You have special pmd bags for your pmd. You probably then live in the former municipality of Vianen.

Environmental pass for access to waste collection containers

You will receive an environmental pass at the end of October/beginning of November 2023. After that, we will close the collection containers for residual waste. You can then open the collection container for residual waste with the environmental pass. As a resident of the Vijfheerenlanden municipality, you will not have to pay separately for this.
